Quality Assurance
All activities & Documentation carried out by Quality Control , Production &store are inspected by Quality assurance.
Following activities are carried out by Q.A.- Environmental & hygienic control.
- Inspection of Raw materials, packing material & finished products etc.
- Developing training program & supervising their implementation.
- Preparation of QC documentation.
- Manufacturing record is maintained for various processes.
- These records are duly signed by production & Quality Assurance personnel respectively.
- Detail of transfer of manufactured product transferred along with record of testing & packing.
Quality Control Department
We have a well equipped & Sophisticated laboratory with GC - HPLC & other allied Equipment’s for day to day analysis. All testing work is carried out by Analyst and documentation is checked, confirmed by Department head.
- All data is reviewed periodically & assure that the data is technically Correct
- Initially water analysis, raw material analysis is carried out.
- Developing training program & supervising their implementation.
- Inspection of each batch is carried out before packing by QC department on the basis of Authorized specification.
- Control sample of each batch of finished products are being keep, up to expiry of the products.
- Stability Study of each product is carried out for shelf life prediction.
